Best Qualifier for a SOLID BOOK

Does Olympic (Spiro) do a book-to-book tran$fer with them...

This qualifier is NOT an all inclusive one but is, IMHO, the best one.

good post frank, but i dont think it is COMPLETELY fair if you take shops like betworks.com into consideration. they are a very solid shop located in australia, and im about 99% sure they dont do book to book transfers at all.
